Our History

The Cape Town Baseball began with a small group of passionate baseball enthusiasts dedicated to growing the sport in the region. Over the years, our federation has evolved from a modest local league into a comprehensive baseball organisation with a strong presence in Cape Town.

Our history is marked by numerous milestones, including the establishment of youth and adult leagues, the development of training programs, and the organization of national tournaments. Our Programs

The Cape Town Baseball Federation offers a diverse range of programs designed to cater to players of all ages and skill levels:

Youth Baseball: Our youth programs are designed to introduce children 8U to the fundamentals of baseball in a fun and supportive environment. We offer developmental leagues and trainings to help young players build their skills and gain confidence.

Junior and Senior Leagues: We provide competitive leagues for junior and senior players, including men’s and women’s divisions. Our leagues offer players the opportunity to compete at various levels, from local to regional championships.
